The Hornets are Sectional Champions for 9th time in school history after defeating New Washington 11-1 in 5 innings. Lilly Bindner takes the win going 3.1 innings with Jensen Smith finishing the game. The Hornets had 16 hits and held the Mustangs to 4 hits. @newstribscores

New Washington scored in the 4th after Adrian Miles reached an short OF fly drop, Liberty Griffin's 1B, Hit Batter, and Summer Raines RBI single scoring Miles. The Mustangs left the based loaded in the 1st and 4th innings. Liberty Griffin takes the loss going 2.2 innings.
