@chiragbarjatya Kind of stupid take. 10k steps builds discipline, metabolism and a routine. Diet is key but to think 500kcal isn't a big deal is stupid. Most people with sedentary life, this is a good starting point
@Jainadave_ Gym won't help u get abs if your diet isn't right. To get abs you need to loose body fat and unless you ain't controlling your kcal, gym is absolutely pointless.
