@chetansha_@SamsungIndia I asked about this when the call from Samsung headquarters came in. But they say that its still not a recogonised common issue for the s21fe.
Samsung S21 Fe green line issueafter March update. Why is @SamsungIndia ignoring all the complaints and refusing to replace the screen free of cost. There is no physical damage (confirmed by the customer care). Pt 1/2
@SamsungIndia@SamsungMobile@callmeshazzam@TechWiser@geekyranjit Update: After sending the original invoice and couple of additional photos I finally recieved a call from Samsung headquarters saying that the cost of the new display will be borne by them. However ill still have to pay the labour cost of approx Rs1800.
@SamsungIndia customer care told me that it is a software problem but you'll have to pay 13-14k for a screen replacement. Its so frustrating that Iam seriously considering approaching the consumer court. Pt 2/2

Update: Got a call from samsung head office saying that they are reviewing my device and will call back on monday. They asked me if Im ready to pay the replacement cost quoted by the service centre and i replied NO. Hopefully this issue gets resolved coming monday.
