Did you know $DMN has failed to deliver for 30+ consecutive settlement days?
It’s now been on the @Nasdaq Reg SHO Threshold List for 25 straight settlement days — and counting. 👀

What is a Threshold Security?
A stock with:

* 10,000+ shares failed at a clearing house
* AND FTDs ≥ 0.5% of total shares
* FOR at least 5 consecutive settlement days

Only then does it show up on the Reg SHO list -> https://t.co/DNMKgHkyRr

So if $DMN has been on the Reg SHO list for 25 days…
That means the FTDs have persisted for 30+ days.

This isn’t a one-off mistake.
It’s a pattern.
It’s abuse of the system — and it’s gone unchecked.

Per SEC Reg SHO Rule 203(b)(3):
If fails last 13 consecutive settlement days, brokers must buy-in — no excuses.

That window passed weeks ago. So who’s failing?
