@Selina_0403 @Hermesparcels Hi Selina. There are severe staff issues at the depot. So many people working there are on leave doing Christmas shopping. For some reason they don't like shopping online, it's as though they don't trust the process... we expect the delay to be cleared by 5th Jan. ^Alex

@josman2003 Probably shouldn't have opted for the economy service. Just lucky that it wasn't the driver who sells all the best parcels for crack

@Tom55200843 @waitrose Hi Tom, in the help center we tend to save it up and have a plastic only bonfire once a fortnight. Those wrappers make great kindling and the plastic altogether burns really hot so it's great for toasting food on sticks 🔥

[Parcel Help Team ℹ️ @HermesHelpTeam]

@KroValeria @waitrose Be careful, the ones for the Chilean market may contain nuts... or bolts 🔧

[Parcel Help Team ℹ️ @HermesHelpTeam]

@millyruc @waitrose Roses are dead,
Violets are too,
If you don't like it,
You know what to do!
We can sell a million roses an hour on valentine's and as long as people get their freak on, they generally don't complain but there's always one who didn't get any... Bring them back for a refund 💔

@bmeyerfeld @waitrose Hey Bruno. Don't underestimate the damage a stale brioche can cause in a lunchbox. Sometimes the perceived environmental impact is worth the consumer benefit...
