Repeat after me: There are no "healthy foods." There are no "unhealthy foods." There is just food, and the intent with which you select/portion that food. The end. I'm tweeting this while making homemade mac and cheese with heavy cream, and ALSO dropping a weight class for judo.
My goal with blog posts and videos, for now at least, is to deliver large, long-term knowledge drops every single time. Since I'm only posting once a week, it gives me time to develop more in depth content for long lasting value.
Next week's blog post/videos is going to be a grip/forearm super post. Basically how to develop super strong, super healthy hands no matter what equipment you have on hand (and a review of the best value grip equipment out there.)

I'm no Paleo stan, but the fact that most cultures subsisted on a much more protein and fat driven diet before European farming techniques became the standard is something I think about often. ๐ค๐ค๐ค

Thankfully we seem to have stabilized and found an upward trajectory again, thanks in no small part to finding a great therapist, and drawing up some healthy boundaries for myself.
