Tender salmon glazed in a glossy honey pineapple sauce with the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and tropical flavors!🍽️🍋🐟🍍
🐟 Ingredients:
• 4 salmon fillets, about 5 ounces each
• Salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
🍍 For the Honey Pineapple Glaze:
• 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or canned and drained
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
• 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
🌸 Instructions
1 Pat salmon dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
2 Combine pineapple, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and sriracha (if using) in a small saucepan.
3 Simmer for 5–7 minutes until glossy and slightly thickened.
4 Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
5 Cook salmon for 4–5 minutes.
6 Flip and brush with the pineapple glaze.
7 Cook for another 3–4 minutes, spooning more glaze over the salmon.
