@irishkazza @TravelodgeUK Some agencies allow you to “request a date change” (does come with a change of amount per night) ? However due to UK distance selling regulations a non-refundable rate is just that.
I can’t comment on their CS, but please know we don’t like saying no, it’s just policy sadly…
