@nationalgriduk your guys have been doing something in our road for over a week now. It’s a small road so quite disruptive to parking etc. we had no notification so how do we find out what’s going on?
@AskKlarna Escalation has been requested and so far the same response comes back. Why has this not been investigated and resolved after three weeks of calls and emails ? I want someone senior to sort this out.
@Klarna your customer service is shocking ! How can you not recognise and deal with identity fraud in a timely, transparent and appropriate way ? I’d like to discuss this with your CEO as it’s unethical.
@virginmedia it is not good enough to allow no internet, phone or TV for over a day, over an hour to connect and talk to a customer support agent who knows no more than you do, no idea of when it’ll be fixed. Shocking especially with the cost per month for the service.
@AldiUK very upset, shaken and distressed at the attitude and aggressive behaviour of your store manager who accused my partner of something he did not do or say and then refused to let us shop. We have shopped in there weekly and now have to go somewhere else.

@NationalHways Thanks for the reply. No in this case the road was shut before 9pm causing my partner to be late for work due to him having to take an alternate route. I’ll ask him to call as you suggested.
