How to become AI native this weekend:
1. AI for everyday answers
→ Talk to ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. You already know how to do this.
2. AI for daily work
→ Get @WisprFlow for voice dictation and @meetgranola for meeting notes - easy way to save a few hours a week.
→ Set up AI projects for everything and have most of your chats in those projects.
3. AI for prototyping
→ Start with a prototype using @Replit or @GoogleAIStudio and iterate on it with stakeholders and users.
→ Create the spec and design AFTER the prototype. Stop doing waterfall development.
4. AI for building apps
→ Start building apps for fun using Replit, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or whatever your favorite AI coding tool is
→ Don't know what to build? Tell AI your problems. Or just build a fun game to start.
5. AI as personal agent
→ Follow people like @kieranklaassen, @ttorres, and @nateliason who have set up Claude Code / OpenClaw to be their personal agent. I've interviewed all of them :)
Above all else - just follow your curiosity and tinker.
Learning all this is the most fun video game I've played.

Your life won’t be changed by your best days, it will be shaped by the ones you don’t quit on.
I call it the "Minimum Viable Day".
It's not the day you aspire to live, but the day you can actually execute.
The Minimum Viable Day (MVD) is the smallest, simplest, least‑heroic daily routine that still reliably moves your life in the direction you care about.
Not the day you wish you lived.
The day you can execute when you’re tired, mildly demoralized, and your willpower looks like it just came out of a dishwasher.
Instead of asking: “What would my ideal successful day look like?”
You ask: “On a bad, messy, real day, what is the smallest stack of actions that (a) I can almost always do and (b) if repeated for a year, would make my life unrecognizably better?”
There are no limits anymore. Anyone can do anything. The only limiting factors are agency and ambition.
Never has a college degree, work experience, network, even the accumulation of knowledge been worth less.
You can just ship things.
🇨🇳 China's DiDi has launched a self-driving delivery service.
Just call one on the app, open the doors, put your cargo in, and then shut them and watch it go!
These guys paid ¥9 (about $1.25) for the delivery.
📷Walking the streets of #Shaoxing, there's always a sense of familiarity, as if you've seen this cityscape long ago, perhaps from the pages lightly turned in a classroom, or the whispered tales of urban legends, or simply from the imagined ancient Yue appearance.
📷There's always a scene that feels familiar. This might be the "Easter egg" left by the passage of time for this city! So come, read the books, savor the photos, but better yet, come to Shaoxing, and see it for yourself! Only by walking through the landscapes of textbooks and tasting the authentic flavors of the city can you truly feel the charm of Shaoxing.
