Now to make it all worse they are making payment for convocation a requirement to collect statement of results

@Ty_On_Chain We officially signed out as students in December 2023. However, from that time until March 2025, there was no mobilization, and we were left without any valid proof of graduation. It felt like we were caught between not being students and not being recognized as graduates either.
