Dla ciekawych - jedno z nielicznych miast w USA, którego transport publiczny przetrwał Wielką Rzeź Tramwajową z l. 50 i dalej ma sieć torów. Tramwaje PCC w Filadelfii, pomimo słusznego wieku (obecnie używane wozy to świetne roczniki produkcyjne 1947-1951) nadal się trzymają i na linii 15 - co nie znaczy oczywiście, że jest 14 innych linii - nadal zadają szyku, jakby wypadły przed chwilą z przelatującego wehikułu czasu.

Jej, jak płynnie przeszliśmy do porządku dziennego nad tym, że kolejna zima z rzędu jest bardzo ciepła. Nie ma śniegu, nie ma mrozu, nagłówki typu „idzie lodowa Bestia ze Wschodu” wyrażają coraz częściej raczej nadzieję niż obawę.

A najciekawsze jest to, że w sprawie zupełnie milczą ci, co z jednego mroźnego poranka w Warszawie wysnuwali wnioski dla klimatu całej planety.
