@ACLUDelaware I hope you learn quickly that Deaf/HH kids who get IEP speech/language services wherever they go to school, including Delaware SD, can learn to speak if they want. It's not exclusive to LSL programs. Are any families of "over referred to DSD" children complaining?

VIDEO: setting is a luggage slide from jetway exterior to the ground next to a baggage cart. An empty wheelchair slides quickly down, hits the closed end of the slide, flips up and over, hits the ground. Horror stories (and now video) have prepared me for abuse of my child's WC.

Wheelchairs are medical equipment critical to users' wellbeing. They are $$$$$, often customized for fit/function, and take a long time to replace/repair.

A damaged chair can mean months without mobility.

Heartbreaking. #CODA children enduring war. Can you imagine the kids hearing the violence and informing their parents what's happening? Helpless feeling no matter what your family role is.
