Mobile in warranty. Still no response

Called tollFree multiple times.
They said-
“Escalated to priority team.”
“Wait for few days.”
“Service center will call you with info.”
No one ever calls. No timeline. No accountability.
I have recordings+emails. I’ve waited approx 1 month. No response till now

I bought the ~₹2L #SamsungFold5 trusting #samsungFold ’s premium tag. Display spot
But my device has been stuck in service since 9th June. No repair. No call. No help.
I’ve made many calls, visited the service center, waited endlessly.

@LGIndia i have lodged complain for my LG GX 65'' OLED TV since 1month. But your fraud service specialist just come and close the complain without resolving the issue. They BEG for happy code promising every possible way that they will come next day. And they never pick the call.

And till today they never gave any resolution. So lg please don't fool your innocent consumers by giving horrible service.
I feel i made a mistake by buying @LGIndia products instead of buying goods of.

The issue is 2 simple things-
1. Speaker is not connecting with woofer
2. TV is not connecting with speaker through HDMI EARC port.

I occasionally come to my home as i live abroad for my work related concerns.
So the days i am in home i call your care for visit.
