@Quicken Support team was not able to help. I'm looking into finding another software platform since yours has now thrown my entire accounting system literally out of balance.
@Quicken Compromised integrity of software. No longer one step auto update of pending items. Now posts as adjusting transactions to balance account. Customer support says need to manually delete in multiple accounts every day. Creating accounting nightmare!

Do not order from this company unless you want Ultimate disappointment. No support to resolve issue. Ordered one month ago and no info on contact lenses. Can't DM for resolution. Buyer beware!!!

@BiltRewards TOTAL SCAM! Signed up under wells Fargo got 1:1 points for rent. Then they moved from WF and no points. Just checked my app! No customer service phone number. Only chat is AI. Requested AI to xfer to agent...been 24 hours on text and browser chat with no reply.

Six weeks from order to ship and who knows when it will arrive... Paid full price and no compensation for delay. Error on GlassesUSA side but I get screwed. Beware!!!
@GlassesUSA@GlassesUSACare Sent a DM. No reply. I did get an email from from a prior inquiry, says you are further delaying the order processing now to March 12. It was guaranteed 7-10 day is now 7 weeks. Horrible experience. I hope others are reading this!

Don't order from here. They held up prescription order due to lack of knowledge of product & incompetent customer service. Hold times on phone 1+ hours. Spoke to Supervisor who then expedited order but now it's 1 month & system says still processing.
@GlassesUSA Already spent 5+ hours on multiple calls with your CS team and your chat service was even less helpful. Not sure you understand what customer support means if you suggest doing again what was unsuccessful the first time. You said DM but can’t? Again what is it I should do?
