I understand the complaints about ‘softening’ the characters that were originally portrayed as villains.

But honestly? I for one always knew they weren’t as evil as they initially seemed.

At the end of the day, around half the Harbingers were always going to have a softer side, or have an explanation that made their actions feel reasonable.

And the fact that all the female harbingers are in this category, is actually something science agrees with. Women *typically* have much better emotional regulation than men. They also typically exhibit better emotional compassion and empathy.

And tea parties to gossip and decompress and relax? 100% how they do it.

I love my Fatui women. They got their shit together as much as one can in their positions.

The majority of the community? God awful. The implied social rules? More insane than irl social rules (I say as an Autist). The devs? Deaf.

I love the game, I hate most of the people.
