Said it many times. There'll be idiots who'll say we've bribed them if we manage to somehow not get royally fucked.
Where's the logic? The PL brought in these rules to stop other clubs beyond a certain few winning. They spent years investigating us. They've spent millions on lawyers, other fees etc. Doing everything they possibly can to find evidence and punish us...
...but then Sheikh Mansour buys the Premier League two pints of lager and a packet of crisps, and all is zen.
Fucking—stupid.
One figure at a Premier League club believes #ManCity should be stripped of the trophies won during the eight years that cover their breaches. “This is like doping,” they say.

It's been quite the weekend. I've been incredibly busy trying to cover the story and I've only just been able to gather my thoughts, which are complicated and can't be condensed into a couple of bullet points of tweetable length.
Here's a piece about it:

If other top clubs spent more wisely and were better ran, then they could've won a few more titles perhaps. But they didn't, they aren't and they haven't.
Fuck the very idea of winning trophies by winning enough matches to do so. Let's just make up rules to make it annoyingly almost impossible for anyone else to challenge and win titles.
I'd love to see a league where one of 7 or 8 clubs could really have a chance. Instead, a certain small group of clubs, that share the colour red, would rather just have it so their teams are the only ones that can win it.
It's anti-football, it's anti-competitive and it's pathetic.
Come hell or high-water, my love for City won't change. I was there before, I'm here now, and I'll continue to do so. #CTID 🩵
Just been told by someone in a very very high position if we lose our appeal which we won’t we’ll be getting a FINE and TRANSFER BAN and that’s it so all you desperate neurotic SPUNKBUBBLES hush it up to ras MCFC LG x
Another day in prison. The life of a City fan these days. Free food though, can't grumble. The bumming I could do without, but hey-ho—it's physical contact.

The only way our 88 clubs can prosper and be successful in the future is to break up this dictatorship.
@Linzim22 Yep, stupid. They spent years investigating us, spent a few more years in court fighting us, spent millions on fees. Done as much as they can to prove us guilty—just to accept 50 quid and a Freddo to drop the charges.
