@BlueslideMark To pull on that thread… are you watching for leaders on one side of trade to move then finding names elsewhere that haven’t reacted appropriately yet?
@Dannytexas1@petrakov47@ZeeContrarian1 Wouldn’t surprise me if they want inclusion in dividend growth funds. And maybe it helps employees who have loads of stock and want some liquidity.
@MikeFritzell@PiyDW I’m also long $NTDOY. Got a weakness for enduring years long downturns to finally get the upside. But I’m not buying the “weak consumer” thesis after $DASH earnings. What’s an extra $50 for a Switch when the same target market spends that on a burger delivery?
@JoshuaSheats Our kid had two all-day surgeries this past year.
Did our white family with whiter-than-white-bread kids give any f*xs about finding a surgeon who looked like us?
I’m still blown away by what surgeons can do. 100 years ago the answer was “hobble around rest of your life.”
@cityaestheticss And each of us can use this knowledge to make personal decisions in the big areas (housing, transportation, and taxes) that move the needle to improve your ability to save and invest.
@jakeswife@RealMattFradd Part of it is the culture of “Mary worship” that gets associated with the title in the minds of non-Catholics. Some of the behavior IMO crosses the line to works based religion than Sola Gratia. Yet that doctrine is the foundation for all Marian beliefs.
@LostMyHats@RealMattFradd I often wonder if the Reformation would’ve happened if the West used precise language/translations. Mother of God invites criticism and confusion in a way that God Bearer avoids. Words matter.
Of course, that alternate universe probably doesn’t have a Schism or even Sin.
@JeremyRyanSlate Some people perceive history as a threat to Christian faith. Alternatively, one could perceive history as pouting toward Christ. ie, if he created the world, then the solstice was his idea to begin with.
