@JFKairport @JetBlue Oh they were definitely tagged as needing wheelchairs with @JetBlue. The problem is that you don't really get a wheelchair until some kind of check in process begins, often times with the drop off baggage check-in, which was delayed because there was no one around to help.

Has @JFKairport given up with customer service? My elderly parents arrived at @JetBlue and there was no one to help with luggage. When asking for help and they were told to deal with luggage themselves and missed their flight. I guess 80 year olds limping along are hard to spot.
