@littlphotobug@isda1979 Thank you, I would have done the same. I am a survivor , (while walking home from school, I was hit by a drunk driver) I was just a little kid at that time.
This is our precious 12 year old Daughter after radiation treatment (week 1 of 6) for #BrainCancer π
Ashley was devastated to find out that her hair was going to fall out & still canβt comprehend how she stayed so positive & strong throughout her battle.
A follow & repost would mean the world to us to keep our Ashleyβs story alive & being able to be a mighty voice for our #ChildhoodCancer Warriors.

Towards the end of their lives Harry & Milly were starting to become friends. They died together holding hands & shared a gurney at the morgue when I saw them. In the morgue they lay just like they did in Harrys bed.
Plan a safe way home if you are out celebrating today.
There is a perception among some that impaired driving is not a significant problem in Canada. The numbers tell a very different story.
πͺͺ An average of 9 federal criminal charges and provincial short-term licence suspensions are laid for impaired driving every single hour in Canada.
π¨An average of 206 impaired driving charges and short-term suspensions are laid daily.
π 78,480 total impaired driving charges and short-term suspensions are laid annually;
While impaired driving has declined over the years, these statistics show just how prevalent and critical the problem remains.
Beyond those statistics are the innocent victims and survivors of impaired driving. Every year, hundreds of people are killed and thousands are injured in alcohol and/or drug-related crashes.
These senseless deaths and injuries are 100% preventable.
Love this photo of Stanley Tucci and the USA women's Gold-Medal hockey team. While the men were treated by America's pedophile president to Big Macs, Tucci took the WINNERS to one of his favorite restaurants in Milan. πππ«Άπ
INSANE: British grandmother BEGS people not to go America, after being imprisoned for six weeks -- for committing no crime, and holding a valid visa.
Karen Newton was on the trip of a lifetime. Yellowstone. Old Faithful. A bison beside the car. She had a British passport and a valid tourist visa. No criminal record. No overstays. No charges. βI donβt even have parking tickets,β she said. βI am not a dangerous criminal.β
When she and her husband tried to leave the US for Canada, border officials flagged his expired visa and turned them back. Hers was valid. It did not matter. She was handcuffed, shackled at the wrists, waist and ankles, and locked in a cell.
She slept on the floor under foil blankets. Then she was driven 12 hours overnight to the Northwest ICE Processing Center in Tacoma.
She was detained for 42 days -- again, she committed NO CRIME.
But Newtonβs reality was six weeks in what she calls a prison. βItβs called a detention facility, but itβs really a prison,β she said. βLocking doors, guards everywhere, cells, everything clamped to the floor.β She slept on the floor for a month because she could not climb to a top bunk. βYou only really appreciate your freedom when youβve had it taken away.β
She believes the pressure to produce detention figures is driving it. βI think itβs Trump insisting they generate figures on how many people they are detaining. I canβt think of any other reason.β
She warned other tourists, βDonβt go β not with Trump in charge. Itβs totally out of control over there. Thereβs no accountability.β
Like and Share if you support telling tourists to stay away from America, until we've made it safe enough for them.
Greenland has a public healthcare system where treatment is free of charge for residents. Patients requiring highly specialized care are referred to Queen Ingridβs Hospital in Nuuk or onward to hospitals in Denmark β without out-of-pocket payment for the treatment itself.
According to the latest published figures, 1,418 patients residing in Greenland were treated in the Capital Region of Denmark in 2024. This demonstrates that an established and well-functioning system for advanced treatment outside Greenland already exists when necessary.
Greenland maintains a close and well-functioning cooperation with Denmark in the field of healthcare.
Trump and the Governor of Louisiana shall not interfere in Greenlandβs internal healthcare system β just as Greenland does not interfere in the internal healthcare system of the United States. Period.
This is an extraordinary photo at an extraordinarily sad time.
If there is anything good, this week, it is that we have come together - in a way that others will not, or cannot.
