@pazzapicks Can you be more specific about what you mean by ‘you get what you pay for’? Like customer service is mediocre, coverage isn’t consistent etc?

@RogersHelps I signed up for corporate RPP plan online for 5G Infinite Lite plan. I read all fine print and it indicated as existing customer w/ primary line that I am eligible. I used my code but checking my bill, I received a $50 enrollment fee, but the plan didn't change. /1
@RogersHelps Thanks for the info. 9 a.m. EST is 7am MST in Calgary and it kept saying the call centre was closed. I just tried calling after 9 a.m. MST and the call finally went through so the hours seem to be location dependent.
