What about immobile patients like my mother who can't visit a center? When face authentication is done, how can it be an illegitimate user? The purpose of this feature is defeated. Sending OTP to old number is just stupidity.

Have you read the reviews on playstore about this number update feature? People DO NOT WANT OTP sent to OLD number. Simply doesn't make sense, when old number is lost or deactivated. Been updating the app every time just to get this update, but no use. 🤦🤦

@whiffofreshair @mmpandit What!? This exact thing actually happened to my white hibiscus plant. Just one branch of it occasionally used to have just one red flower. I searched and a scientific reasoning was that stress could lead to such behaviour. I don't know much. That plant died due to over pruning.

DON'T send OTP to old linked mobile number. That number just might not exist due to various reasons. Eagerly awaiting an update with the desired changes.

The most common reason for changing mobile number is that the old number is lost/deactivated/used by some untrusted person. Please send OTP to new number and do face authentication.

Last year they used to stop at Nausenabagh, but now they are not stopping. May be they need some counselling. I hope you will address my concerns.

Please talk to this driver and infuse some sense into him for everyone's sake. Ticket attached. I have observed a general sense of irritation in RTC drivers and conductors recently, in vskp city also. They are shouting on us just to stop at request stops even if there is an exam.
