@KLM I have a flight that was cancelled and rebooked for the next day due to the strike in Berlin. Unfortunately, I was downgraded class of service. What can be done to rectify?
@SixtDE I was denied a guaranteed model (Lucid) at your Berlin Mitte loc today. It was prepaid w Expedia. Your reps response was to offer me a VW T-Cross at the SAME PRICE or nothing else. No other attempt to accommodate. ! Violation of Expedia SLA. My cash is tied up. Do better
@Delta Thanks so much for automatically rebooking flights 4 my family 4 the next day w/o letting us know until we got to the airport! Great surprise! 😳 Spending 4 hours unnecessarily in the car w2 small kids, amazing. Get to redo it again tmrw AND burn a PTO day! #keepflying
@airfrance why will the app not allow the upgrade of accompanied minors for PEOPLE to business?!? Both parents have paid for the upgrade and have seats… on the European leg, you’ve allowed this with no issue. Pls help

@KLM I have not been able to choose seats for our long haul world business class flight on Friday. Can someone help? And why would a family not be able to choose business seats so far in advance?

@Hertz made a reservation today. Called location twice to confirm availability and nobody answers either time. Show up to location, no availability. Not offered alternatives other than drive 45 miles away. Worst service at Kennesaw location Dijon Paschal and Kye pt1
@KLM has changed equipment from 787 to 777 at the last minute and did not allow time to change plans or seats. In premium seating this is like downgrading from an Audi to a Skoda☹️. I was really looking forward to the klm flagship and got the worst seat instead. Booked 2 days out
@airfrance@AirFranceUS you guys are just closing claims for debris boarding and severely delayed luggage after 9 months? And that without even sending an auto email to the claimant. You have to do better than this. I’m out a lot of money and time and you won’t respond!? TERRIBLE
