@SaxGod001 You can track whatever you want but typically I organize it by days or splits (push, pull, legs). For each you list your exercises and then record weight x reps. So for example
Push day:
Bench press
25kg x 10
30kg x 8
30kg x 8
Repeat
@SaxGod001 You should DEFINITELY do that. I didn’t start until somewhat recently and it’s a game changer. In the first year you’ll gain a lot but once you plateau the only way to know if you’re improving is to track your progress legitimately and progressively overload.
