@ZeptoNow both on chat are unable to understand something explained in simple words and also ends the chat abruptly. Does not read message sent by customer. Does not answer query. Does not bother to look at tscreenshot. Wasted 50 mins. not about missing item but misleading ad.

I've applied for PF withdrawal thrice, but it’s been rejected everytime for the same invalid reason. I’ve double-checked with my employer, raised a grievance, and shared all details via email, but the issue persists with no proper response. #Grievance#NeedResolution

I had earlier raised grievance on EPFO web. Was asked to send email with few docs to RO KR Puram [Whitefield]. Did that. Case disposed off but no one ever looked at the email. No one picks the phn shared.

@JioCare your salesperson at pin code 711101 mis-sale customer promising to give additional 2 months of service under some 'referral policy' if one pays for 06 months of service in one go. I paid and now I realised it was a scam. What action you are taking?
