What do you do with your hands on D?

I’m a big fan of a boxer stance with your hands. It allows you to quickly contest, pull your hands back and show them to the ref on drives, and poke the ball out.

The worst thing we can do on defense is lunge with long movements. Try this boxing method and lmk how it goes!!

Jaymes is flying under the radar and it isn't because of his lack of talent. He just happens to be on a loaded Male team (Ky). Had a strong showing at the Elite 32 Showcase and was recently mentioned as a player to know by Prep Hoops Ky.
James brings a strong athletic frame that can create mismatches on both ends with his length. His versatility to play multiple positions is a coaches dream. Add in his perimeter shooting and it's easy to see how Jaymes is on the verge of breaking out. We can't wait to see Jaymes play on a national scale.

Tyler proved last year he belongs on the Adidas Circuit having a great season playing with Team Phenom United Ky. He added a strong showing at the Phenom camp in CA and was listed as a top performer at the Prep Hoops expo in Columbus. Current HS season has been limited due to transfer rules.

Offensively skilled big with soft touch around the rim. Has great court vision finding his open teammates. Can stretch the defense by shooting the 3.

Defensively has the length to alter shots.
Falls into the late bloomer category and is still growing into his body. Improved strength, athleticism, and footwork will make him very appealing at the D1 collegiate level.
