Had a job interview yesterday. Nice coffee shop (own roasted beans). Got there when it was like -10°C (felt twice like that but ok) anyway I had it on 5pm and I talked 2 the owner, kinda chaotic convo. But how shocked, no exaggerating, I was when I saw 7pm after I left the place.

Fucking hell.. when will I get well?...
I was diagnosed with depression last July, in January I got ADHD diagnosis. And I just learned that F43.8 means PTSD which I was also diagnosed with at the beginning of the year - but I checked the ICD code now and... I feel so overwhelmed.
