Netflix is always asking if I’m still watching; I wish a podcast could tell when I’m distractedly scrolling through other apps & interject a passive-aggressive “Hello?”
Instead of asking my husband to do something, I just casually mention 300 times that it needs to be done and hope he picks up what I’m laying down. And so far, this strategy has been wildly unsuccessful.

You are more than your eating disorder or any mental health issue you go through and it does not define you. Recovery is a life long journey but you are a human being with hopes, dreams, and aspirations. Stop the stigmas. ☺️❤️
