■未納だと、何がダメなのか
「将来の年金がちょっと減るだけ」
と思ってる人が多いですが、全然違います。

年金は"保険"の役割もあって、
事故や病気で障害が残ったら
「月約6.9万円が一生」もらえます
(障害基礎年金2級)

30歳で障害を負ったら、生涯で約4,000万円。

未納だと、これがゼロになります。

■じゃあ、どうすればいいか
役所で「免除申請」を出すことです。

同じ"払ってない"でも、
・未納 → 障害年金ゼロ、将来の年金もゼロ
・免除 → 障害年金は満額、将来の年金も半分もらえる

失業中なら離職票を見せればほぼ通るし、
過去の未納も2年前まで遡って免除にできます。

お金に余裕が出たら、10年以内なら後払いもOK。

つまり「払えない」は問題じゃなくて、
「黙って払わない」が問題です。

申請ひとつで、
数千万円の保険が残るか消えるか。
自分や家族が「払えない月」を迎えた時のために、保存しておいてください。
