Access to Work is a Government initiative put in place to help support reasonable adjustments. Whilst on paper the process should be straight forward many are falling foul once the funding has been awarded
We have heard various stories where work places either don't know about Access to Work or dont have flexibility in place to enable them to support individuals with regard to the procurement process leading some to go round and round in circles.
@LCFC had anyone actually tried to build the LCFC stadium. We bought it for our 10 year old who is a wizz at lego but he is finding it impossible, the pieces are so small. So disappointing especially for the price 😔
