@MHiesboeck Do the ETFs actually buy BTC though, or use instruments linked to the BTC price?.. if that latter, haven’t the ETFs just removed the supply constraints inherent in BTC which will then force the price down?
@jasonlk Reference checks, yes, but proper due diligence is a must - a Google search and a reference doesn’t cut it. Use someone like @neotasltd if you’re serious about reducing people risk
@jasonlk Why 20-30? Why not do 5 or 6 and undertake 4-5 x the due diligence on each whilst sticking to areas in which you have deep knowledge and experience? (Genuine question by the way, I prefer the highly selective approach)
@paradiseDBTR @Conste11ation You’re assuming DAG gets to $1.. no evidence yet the team can ship anything useable to reach that valuation. Meanwhile all the touted ‘state channels’ launch elsewhere - including $JCO which is run by the Constellation founders own wife 😂
@MarryMunch@JennyCoInc Isn’t $JCO launching on Polygon though, not $DAG.. (even though the JCO Co-founder is married to the co-founder of Constellation!) I mean, what sort of an endorsement of DAG is that 🤣
@nikitabier Great product is the balance of form (subjective) and function (objective). Data-driven process always shift the balance to function and diminish the emotional connection with the product. Among big tech, only Apple seems to get this… still
@zsk The ‘replacement for your phone’ angle is interesting. I’ve got bad neck and back pain from continuously looking down at devices.. this could be an answer - maybe the next generation for me though
@halletecco Why so many? I take the oppositore view - around 10 in the same timeframe, in areas I know well and I’ve aimed to follow on across multiple rounds. I don’t buy the whole risk reduction thing - diversification is also dilution of due diligence and expertise…
@gaganbiyani@mayowaoshin It’s a case of time and effort. SQL is an excellent abstraction whilst removing ambiguity. Writing natural language with equivalent precision may well be more time consuming with higher risk of failure than writing the SQL. And SQL is not difficult to learn…
