@jasonlk Reference checks, yes, but proper due diligence is a must - a Google search and a reference doesn’t cut it. Use someone like @neotasltd if you’re serious about reducing people risk

@jasonlk Why 20-30? Why not do 5 or 6 and undertake 4-5 x the due diligence on each whilst sticking to areas in which you have deep knowledge and experience? (Genuine question by the way, I prefer the highly selective approach)

@gaganbiyani @mayowaoshin It’s a case of time and effort. SQL is an excellent abstraction whilst removing ambiguity. Writing natural language with equivalent precision may well be more time consuming with higher risk of failure than writing the SQL. And SQL is not difficult to learn…
