That verse calls the Epistles tradition, the burden is to prove that Paul isn't speaking of two delivery mechanisms of the same message but instead two different binding messages to be backfilled with doctrine which didn't yet even exist

@bradwilliams2 @Truth_matters20 Yes spoken word is not letters, the NT is sperated into Letters, Historical books, etc. When Paul was speaking that was tradition which was recorded and became scripture.

Letters here isn't talking about the alphabet, its the messages the apostles mailed them.

Paul makes no distinction of scripture here, unless you don't think Acts is scripture.
