@bt_uk I run a Conservation Group and we use btinternet to email our trail cams to ourselves monitoring rescue orphaned wildlife, I have been locked out of all my bt emails for sending myself too many :/ please help

@bt_uk There was a storm last night and the 4 cameras were sending me emails every minute, so a lot! but surely as a verifed user for over 25 years this can be overridden?

@bt_uk I have been with BT with the same email address for over 25 years! Surely the system can understand that I am not spamming myself? I know other people use their email for home security and cctv, why is there not a system for verified users legitimate use of their own email ?

@bt_uk I spent an hour and 35 minutes on chat and another 38 minutes on the phone and they said since 20th March I am only allowed to send a# of emails or i get locked out :/ still isn't working and Hedgehogs need me :/
