@AJWPharm I wish it was just 1 fix! Increasing Rx awareness of tube status in verification/workup was 1, other ideas sidelined a bit w/ COVID were conditional alerts on MAR, flagging pts with mix of enteral/PO meds, alert on 'okay to use tube' order listing pt meds that may need changing..
