I’m fed up with the NYT, whose reporters will reach out for interviews, take up my time, write stories that engage my research, and publish them without citing me. They have published 10+ stories about trauma in college admissions essays while turning down my pitches.

@oequezada Maybe an unpopular opinion (idk!), but I believe we learn more from raw data & the code to clean it, such as new (often more efficient) ways to code. It also makes our choices more transparent. I’m curious to read other answers though!

At today's hearing, the judge refused to issue a temporary restraining order against GEO. This is a HUGE WIN for the union - we continue to organize, strike, and pressure the University to meet our demands at the bargaining table. They can lie, they can sue, but UM works because WE do! ✊💜
