I liked Skyfall at first but now see only the flaws. For all its airs, it's a Bond picture where the women truly are Expendable, more than any Bond picture in the classic era. Even Stacey Sutton had a more important role to play in her Bond picture.

Skyfall is the highest point any James Bond film has ever reached. This isn’t just the best James Bond film ever made - it’s 1) clearly the best Bond of all time and 2) one of the best films of the 21st Century. Every last actor in this film, not to mention director Sam Mendes & Sir Roger Deakins, are all at the top of their game. They need to pick the next James Bond already, damn it. I’m getting impatient.
