You cannot trespass/disrupt service and break the law under the guise of the First Amendment. Especially in a place of worship. (Hence FACE Act).

DOJ will have to show attempted or use of force for the charges to have any teeth on the back end of sentencing.

Venue is not ideal in Minnesota.

Temper expectations. Lemon’s criminal history category will be I, the lowest possible - to my knowledge. I have not seen the indictment so I do not know if they charged FACE as a misdemeanor or felony.

Either way, IMO, best case for DOJ is a short prison term, if any; 10-16 months possible.
