@Sassy_Hindu Why do people attack Hinduism? Is it because we are doormats. We don't voice our opinions. We don't put pressure on politicians to pass favorable laws for us.
Let's unite and change this. Hindu unity is the answer to these problems.
It. Is. Done!
No caste bill in New York that would have singled out & targeted Hindu, Indian & South Asian New Yorkers!
Legislators in 6 states have tried to institutionalize discrimination against our communities—all of these attempts have failed.
Why?
Because the US Constitution is clear: equal protection for all.
PRESS STATEMENT | Big win in New York!
Constitutionally flawed New York caste bills fail. This reflects 5 years of sustained HAF-led legal, educational, and grassroots advocacy with coalition partners across states. New York marks the sixth state that has introduced legislation to add caste as a standalone category, but with HAF’s education and outreach, none of these bills have passed.
Special thanks to @JeniferRajkumar for her support.

@deebayleaf@s_mamta99 Alia Bhatt has no class. She is looking like an auntie dressed for prom.
It's typically Indian wannabe westernized mentality. She thinks she's looking great, but in reality she looks too trite, too common. Not sure why she received the invite
A Muslim who stands up for his religion is a devoted Muslim.
A Christian who stands up for his religion is a devoted Christian.
A Hindu who stands up for his religion is fanatical, backwards & superstitious Hindu. See the discrimination against Hindus. Still they stay peaceful.
@NeecheSeTopper@s_mamta99 This is what is wrong with her aura. There's nothing special about it. Doesn't stand out at all. Too trite, too common. Her Indian mindset makes her think, soooo westernized. But it's really common place looks. Some Indians don't understand that
It’s an attack on Hindu culture and heritage. They have been doing that for a long time- slap caste on anything that is central to Hinduism and declare it bad. Thats the logic of Aryan theory- take away the Veda- calling its keepers outsiders. They have been at it for a long time! Always after the priests- what they don’t know is they are wrong about their assumptions.
@mukund@LenzSanatani Tipping has become a nuisance in the US. Ordered online went to pick up order, tip screen pops up, guilt tripping. Ordering at take out counter, compulsory tip screen. It's annoying
One mother forbade medicines to the dying, converted them, then laughed at the death count; the other mother has provided free treatment to 5.9 million, built 13 million sqft, 95 OT, 101 speciality, 4050 bed hospitals employing 1540 doctors.
The first mother got the Nobel Prize.
@WSJopinion@malikakas@avatans It took @WSJopinion a long time to acknowledge that Hindus are treated badly and targeted all the time. It's as though- how dare we have the audacity to exist. How dare we resist religious conversion. Hindus don't fit in your boxed narratives, so we're hated
Major religions like Hinduism—the world’s third-largest faith—are excluded from human-rights discourse, international bodies and religious-freedom monitoring organizations. This asymmetry needs to be addressed, writes @avatans
