A pleasant immigrant chap who got lost up here in the Pennines asked me to summarise politics in Britain today. Well…

Firstly, the Tory party have miraculously developed a new power to reduce the national debt and repeal the Equality Act despite spending 14 years in government, during which the entire life of the Equality Act occurred and the national debt roughly tripled.

A self-proclaimed Shadow Home Secretary known as Zia Yusuf, an unelected Reform employee/keyboard warrior, once upon a time resigned from Reform on the grounds that helping to get them elected was not a good use of his time.

Nigel Farage claims to have been hacked by the Russians, many people find this difficult to believe given the long-standing warmth and mutual affection between the two sides.

Over the weekend, several Tory and Reform politicians promised radical change from policies they personally introduced. Obviously before their party was booted out/they defected to a different shade of blue.

Somewhere in Makerfield, a man is currently deleting fourteen years of Facebook posts whilst being filmed from the passenger seat of a white van with a cardboard cutout of Carol Vorderman’s rear.

A large number of people demanded the return of Britain to the way it was ‘before Keith Starmer.’ Although nobody could agree which year that was. two bald men with swallow tattoos and England flags on their heads then got into a scrap after disagreeing whether Rupert Lowe or Nigel Farage would win in a fight.

The phrase “common sense” was used 27 times on Sunday’s mainstream politics shows, however no actual evidence could be located in any current political party.

All in all a healthy democracy for this young man to forge his life 🇬🇧

Our letter signed by 70 organisations showed policy changes were making life harder for disabled people.
