@AmazonHelp I have accepted the partial refund but I am very disheartened by the advisors attitude and inconsistent emails. If I had received an email saying my trial was ending I wouldn’t of had this bad experience.

@AmazonHelp Unfortunately I had been automatically charged for Prime after my trial had ended. I had selected for an email to be sent in time so I could cancel before this, it wasn’t sent nor received. Since I wasn’t aware it had ended I used amazon music. Thus couldn’t receive a full refund
