In preparation for this year's YFC Camp at SpringHill, I am participating in the Beat the Grandma 5K. This event is a fundraiser, which will allow us to send kids to camp on a scholarship who can't otherwise afford to go.

My goal is to raise $500, which will cover a full scholarship to send one student to camp. However, I fully believe and expect this goal will be surpassed and we will get to send more than one student to camp whose family might not be able to otherwise afford it.
