Apparently it’s #MenopauseAwarenessMonth… today Year 12 said my room was freezing and I had to explain hot flushes and why I was having them at 33 🔥

A very meaningful conversation so I’m making it my mission to own the menopause as educate as many young people as possible 💪🏼
