Really good high intent session at @Hitforth this week. Out of 98 measured swings, I hit 53 over 90 mph and 14 over 95 mph. Set new max EV PRs at 97.8 and highest avg. session EV at 88.7 mph. Really working on fast hips and hands, but was able to still barrel a lot of baseballs (50% LD rate).
