@ambersantana99 I would definitely agree. I've never lived in a time where email wasn't the expected mode of communication so writing a letter feels rather foreign. #RHUB305

@chubbybeal I agree that a pathos driven approach can be very effective, especially when calling for some type of reform. I'm going to be advocating on behalf of people in my letter and I think having a letter that appeals to affect will make it more persuasive. #RHUB305

@bree_verdugo I totally agree with you; I think that this short story made me more emotional than anything else I've read for a class. That concept of losing your ability to speak and communicate after finally regaining it after years of loneliness was heartbreaking. #RHUB305

@KaimilaniG I think that the liberating critical pedagogy that Freire emphasizes is contingent on having multiple, potentially conflicting perspectives. Having multiple narratives about the same place or people is what ultimately breaks the single story that Adichie talks about. #RHUB305

@L12Gabe I definitely agree with you about how bilateral education might not be feasible in every setting. While I think that there is value in Freire's "constant unveiling of reality", non stop self reflexivity would prevent any learning from taking place at all.
