@maticrobots shipped its 10,000th robot this week. 🤖
Back in 2018, there was no product - just a small team, a lot of ideas, and an unreasonable amount of optimism.
The photos below are from those early days: prototypes, experiments, customer interviews, design reviews, and plenty of things that never made it into the final product. We first started shipping in November 2024.
Huge credit to the Engineering and Production teams that made the 10K bots happen!
Great engineering gets you to the first unit.
Great teams get you to the first 10,000!
Still a lot more to be done. 🚀
🚀 Stable 163 just rolled out!
Same Matic. Way smarter. That's the deal.
🔌Better Wire Avoidance
Matic now spots wires faster and steers clear.

🚀 0 to 10,000 delivered. 18 months.
🇺🇸 built in America.
📈 fastest growing American consumer robotics company
😇 the best is still to come…so effing hyped for it!
Got a @maticrobots robot vacuum from @mehul via @Karl_William hand delivered
I bought a Roborock before and we don't even use it anymore, it keeps getting stuck in cables, can't go on any rug, and is just generally useless, I think it's just the circular low-rise Roomba-like design is fundamentally flawed
Matic is interesting cause it actually looks like a vacuum cleaner just with the handle and wand (?) removed so should get a better result
We're still traveling so can't test it but I will when we get home! 😊
Announcing $60M for @maticrobots.
We didn't ask "What's the most impressive robot we can demo?"
We asked "What's the most useful robot we can ship? What comes after Roomba?"
Customers answered with their wallets: It's Matic.
