I don't think an officer was that quick. Second, they reason it was closed was that it said 'no violation'. It was parked for hours in the bike lane.

For 95% of vehicles blocking the bike lane, there's a parking spot within 1 minute walking distance. And almost all truck drivers manage deliveries without endangering others. A few do not and they may need a nudge.
