I reset mpin many times but unable to login

Today I visited @pnbindia omvihar branch branch incharge SK Sharma

They denied me to change note since submision note small part is missing but both serial number is clear visible
They refer me to visit @RBI branch
Guide me how to change

one of worse experience with HSBC credit card. i have raise my concern many time on helpline number but no resolution provided also email send to email id - [email protected] they raise ticket and after one month they close without providing any resolution.
