My egbon Dele Momodu has written over fifty publications praising Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun. And I do not begrudge him that. But is he saying the situation in Osun is better than the situation at the centre?
The Tinubu administration does not owe salaries and has been paying the wages of federal workers, plus a ₦35,000 wage support and has now increased their salaries to ₦70,000.
However, in Osun State, we read reports of half salaries, workers being owed, and other incidents of hardship on the state workers. Whether those reports are true or false, we do not know. What we know is that Osun is not paying as good as the Federal, unlike Lagos, which has been paying its workers ₦70,000 since February, 2024. This is despite the fact that federal allocation to Osun State has increased by at least 45% under the current administration.
If this were really about the economy, perhaps it would not have been expedient to write over fifty publications praising Governor Adeleke, given the realities in Osun.
If Egbon Dele is going to accuse me, and attack the economy as having collapsed, he will have to do it based on empirical evidence, data, facts, and statistics, as I have done. Not emotions, opinions, and assumptions.
As W Edward Demings said, “In God we trust, all others must bring data."
I am not an unstable individual. Unlike others, I have been in only one political party in my life, the Peoples Democratic Party, which I have been aligned with since I visited then General Olusegun Obasanjo's house at Ota, Ogun State, in 1998 until today. I do not jump from party to party. My love is Nigeria, no matter who is in power.
Can those now attacking me make the same claim of being in one party throughout this republic?
However, that does not mean I will see yellow and call it white.
Nigerians should please not be emotional on this matter. Let us focus on the only thing that cannot lie-facts. Emotions will lie to us because they are not stable. But facts are stable.

@PeterObi@obyezeks. That is a good question from Reno. He said that if you are not a bigot, why didn't you criticize Alex Otti’s budget for Abia state?
If President Tinubu was funding the Federal Budget with 71% borrowing, would Peter Obi and Oby Ezekwesili be quiet? Look at how Obi has been criticising Tinubu's budget. Yet, he has not said anything as Abia State Governor Alex Otti funds his 2024 budget of ₦567.2 billion with ₦401 loans. What type of madness will make a government borrow 71% of the money they want to spend?

@Donnazzy12@HAHayatu Replying to your tweet will be a waste of time because how can I explain that the naira value is now determined by the market forces (Demand &Supply)? How can I explain arbitrage for you to understand? How can I explain gross receipts to you? You know what? Genius, you are right!
@Sammbonu@DavidsOffor @khalifamedel SMH. Some Nigerians are just intelligently foolish. Are they criticizing the military even before deployment? Lots of ungrateful bunch.
@abuicce@Egi_nupe_ Thanks for the info, abuicc. I never knew that the police draft of that agency was stopped. They need someone like Gen Marwa to clean up that place. It's becoming more or less like a blackmailing agency.
@Imranmuhdz@woye1 Imran the Nigerian Political Nosardmus. If you are single and want to know the sex of your unborn child. Imran got an answer for you. He sees tomorrow
@sowore What was the outcome? The interim government, Abatch, and Abdulsalam. Violence cannot resolve issues; it makes things worse. You brought your attitude as a student union activist to politics. It doesn't work that way. Politics is for grown men and for boys with grown-up ideas.
@renoomokri@PereEgbi@PereEgbi. I just read the tweet you posted about Nigeria, and I’m not sure if you have any natural talent apart from hustling. Real talent will have and take pride in their country.
@Kyusufabba Your Excellency, there should be continuity in government. You are dissipating more energy in undoing what the previous government did. You need to have a program plan and start executing your projects..the work stoppage will not add any value to your gov. It's a distraction
@AreaFada1 Out of respect for “ Area Fada,” I stopped poking fun at him the day I realized that he's a responsible “Fada” he is just ogbologbo agbalagba with too much street sense.

@ruffydfire That's why you need reorientation with your inflammatory statements. When you misinform people based on your assumptions, and if you are wrong, the damage is colossal.
@HumpheryEzeh@OritogunM@ARISEtv You forgot that there is a dry port in Kaduna that was recently completed right? And there is another one in Kano about to be completed. No goods are moved by rail from Lagos to Kaduna, some may still be by road.
@simonateba@realDonaldTrump@StormyDaniels You are born in Africa doesn't mean that you are politically naive. There's a power play. I’m sure you understood the concept of establishments, selectorates, and elite theories. If establishments and Selectorates are against you. You will be under the microscope, politically dead
@OritogunM@ARISEtv Poverty mindsets. Niger is a landlocked country. They dont have seaports. Nigeria saw an opportunity, already there's a train link to Kaduna and Katstina, and extending it to Nigeria makes economic sense, it will increase revenue & cheaper to import from Nigeria than Europe.
@agadastephenmic@abikedabiri@nemanigeria STFU. Why are many of you guys so ungrateful? The situation in Sudan is so fluid, and it changes every minute; no one envisages drastic changes. Are you blaming the gov for not evacuating them on time? How about you holding those in Sudan to account for not fleeing on time? SMH
@renoomokri@officialABAT Lots of people are very unintelligent. You will think that brilliant people can discern fake information, but they are gullible; everyone wants traffic to their page.
