The DPP, on behalf of despot Museveni and cannibal Muhoozi, has filed a formal application in the High Court against exiled senior counsel @kiizaeron seeking prima facie contempt of court proceedings. The background is that conman @artfulgypzy (Andrew Wilson), alias Orlando, the prosecution's principal witness in the treason trial of Dr Kizza Besigye, in his police statement, he places the first Geneva meeting on 29 October 2023--a page later he places the same meeting on 23 November 2023. He also says he met Salaam Musumba only after two years of dealing with Joel Wakayima, whom he first engaged in late 2021, and that Musumba is the one who introduced him to Besigye. Two years from late 2021 is late 2023. The meeting that all of this is said to have produced is dated before the steps that produced it. So, Eron Kiiza noticed and wrote it out publicly on his social media and observed that this is not a question of interpretation but of arithmetic.

The State did not correct its witness, it opened a file out of sheer pig-headedness. The CID wrote to the Directorate of Forensic Services, a magistrate signed an order under sections 10 and 31 of the Computer Misuse Act. Examiner #11 ran Page Freezer 7.10 on a Windows 11 machine, computed MD5 hashes, and produced a thirty-three page RESTRICTED report with a glossary that patiently explains what a URL is. The conclusion, after all that machinery was that the social media posts exist and that they drew 101,226 views. Someone in the replies called the witness a clever clever person. The report recommends obtaining KYC data from X Corp, presumably in case the account belongs to some other Eron Kiiza.

The DPP now asks the court to commit Eron Kiiza to civil prison, order the posts deleted, and compel a court-approved apology posted for seven consecutive days to purge the scandalisation of the Judiciary. Also annexed is his letter of 16 July to three state-appointed advocates, asking them not to sit in chairs emptied by the deportation of Martha Karua and the imprisonment of Erias Lukwago. That letter is now evidence of contempt. Can you imagine these arseholes?

So the position is that Kizza Besigye is on trial for treason on a statement that cannot keep its own dates straight. The State has spent a month, a magistrate, a forensic laboratory and thirty-three pages establishing that his lawyer--Eron Kiiza--can count.

When you describe these state agents as arseholes, they complain that you have insulted them. What else are you supposed to call them? The irony is that an arsehole at least performs its biological function. It lets out gas and passes waste. These state nincompoops? Ah.

Dr. Besigye's actions were understandable, especially if the judge failed to uphold and apply the law impartially. When the courts fail to enforce the law, public confidence in the justice system is undermined. Why is Baguma still holding on this case? What is his movitive?

And today, it happened again. The military, on the orders of Museveni’s son and the military chief Muhoozi Kainerugaba has shuttered NTV, SPARK TV, and Daily Monitor because they refused to be compromised
