@JoseSabia23@etihad I may be a step ahead but don't think I'm anywhere close to a resolution. @Etihad has admitted their mistake yet continue to delay crediting my account with the funds. It seems like a delaying tactic to ensure I get the funds but without much time to actually use them!
@etihad continues to delay reimbursing my credit back to my account after they clearly messed up (and they know this). Asking me to "wait" while that's what I've been doing for 4months while they resolve! #BadCustomerService

After using @bookingcom for over 10yrs now, I am going to stop using this service. They're nothing but con artists who ensure you lose your money. Customer care and welfare isn't their concern.
